GREENWOOD, NE (SLMS) – Malvern’s Jesse Sobbing led a 9-racer cadre of Iowans in the Malvern Bank Super Late Model Series event at I-80 Speedway on Saturday night.

Nebraska’s Andrew Kosiski, Josh Leonard, and Tad Pospisil swept the podium. But behind Sobbing, Ames’ Charlie McKenna scored a top five, while Des Moines’ Todd Cooney and Malvern’s Justin Zeitner – finishing in seventh and eighth, respectively – scored top 10s.

Brad Perdue of Council Bluffs finished in 13th, Massena’s Chris Spieker took 15th, and Curt Schroeder of Newton finished 20th. Griswold’s JC Wyman (24th) and Malvern’s Jay Burdic (25th) also made the final A-main of the weekend.
