KNOXVILLE – The media have been invited to a closed-door test of the Superstar Racing Experience’s Knoxville Raceway testing session, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Monday, May 10.

Former NASCAR Cup Series driver Ken Schrader and defending KnoxvilleRaceway track champion Brian Brown will be the first to drive the uniquely-designed SRX cars at the Sprint Car Capital of the World. The duo will test the racecars to prepare for the June 19 SRX event at the famed half-mile oval.

Three-time NASCAR Cup Series champion crew chief and NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Ray Evernham, who designed the SRX cars, will also be on hand.

The June 19 race will feature Brown racing against the following series regulars: Tony Stewart, Willy T. Ribbs, Helio Castroneves, Bill Elliott, Bobby Labonte, Paul Tracy, Ernie Francis Jr., Marco Andretti, Michael Waltrip, and Hailee Deegan. Click HERE to order tickets for the event.
